WORCESTER — The certified public accounting and consulting firm Cerrone, Graham & Shepherd has relocated from the 24-story glass tower at 446 Main St. to 370 Main St.
The headquarters of Cerrone, Graham & Shepherd is now on the seventh floor at 370 Main in more than 5,000 square feet, approximately equal in size to its previous office space, according to Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, which announced the new lease.
“The opportunity to remain in downtown Worcester and occupy brand new office space was too good to pass up,” said Paul A. Cerrone, managing partner of Cerrone, Graham & Shepherd.
The 13-story office building at 370 Main St. — sometimes called the Guaranty Building — is owned by 370 Main Street GBB LLC, a limited liability corporation registered to Vincent CampoBasso of Leominster.
Kelleher & Sadowsky vice president Drew C. Higgins represented the lessee Cerrone, Graham & Shepherd in the lease agreement.
Many tenants have recently left the glass tower building at 446 Main St. The building is currently about 50 percent occupied. Santander Bank, which had most of the ground-level space in the building, moved out of 446 Main at the end of July. The Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce moved out in October 2018. Knight-Dik Insurance Agency Inc. announced it was relocating from 446 Main to Mercantile Center in January 2019. Engineering and environmental consulting firm Tighe & Bond moved from two floors at 446 Main St. to 120 Front St. in June 2019
