Robert J. Devereaux Corp., a Boston-based utility contractor, has purchased a 6.7-acre lot and industrial building in Northborough for just under $2 million.
According to an application filed with the Town of Northborough Planning Department, the company will use part of the property at 200 Bartlett St. as a contractor yard.
Lamy Automotive also operates on the property and will continue, according to the filing and confirmed by phone with Lamy Automotive on Friday.
The seller was Bartlett Street Realty Trust of Southbridge, according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds. The deal closed on Friday. The property is assessed by the Town of Northborough for $1.8 million.
The deal was brokered by Brian Johnson and Drew Higgins of Worcester’s Kelleher & Sadowsky, representing the buyer and A. Murray Real Estate LLC of Worcester, representing the seller.
