The former Providence and Worcester Railroad headquarters at 75 Hammond St. in Worcester has been sold by the railroad for $1.85 million.
The buyer was 75 Hammond Street LLC of Woburn, registered to Gilvan Miranda, owner and operator of MQM Cleaning and Facility Services, a commercial cleaning service provider with operations throughout New England and based in Millbury, according to Worcester real estate brokerage Kelleher and Sadowsky Associates, whose Meghan Liddy and Drew Higgins represented the seller.
The structure, built in 1915, offers more than 51,000 square feet of leasable area, according to the Worcester Assessor’s office. It is assessed at $1.6 million.
