A 62,000-square-foot flex building in Northborough is under new ownership, following its purchase by Worcester-based Chacharone Properties.
The two-story building at 50 Bearfoot Road was sold for $8.4 million by an entity managed by AllCare Plus Pharmacy, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records.
AllCare, which is headquartered at the site, did not respond to an email requesting details on what the sale means for their presence at the site. In addition to AllCare, the building is the corporate headquarters of Solmetex, a manufacturing firm focused on products providing clean water supplies for dental uses, according to the company’s website.
Chacharone Properties is a family-owned real estate firm with more than 2 million square feet of space in Central Massachusetts, including 181 Main St. in Shrewsbury, the site of a Saint Vincent Medical Group family & internal medicine office, according to Chacharone’s website.
The company was the owner of Table Talk Pies’ new Worcester headquarters, before it sold the site in October for $50 million.
Sitting on 8.5 acres of land and originally built in 1988, the building at 50 Bearfoot Road has half of its space dedicated to light manufacturing and warehouse uses, while the other half is office space, according to a Monday press release from Worcester-based Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates.
AllCare purchased the site for $2.5 million in 2015, according to Town of Northborough property records.
Will Kelleher and Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
The property received a 2025 tax assessment value of $7.13 million, according to Town of Northborough property records.
