Brian Johnson has spent a decade shaping Central Massachusetts’ commercial real estate landscape, from 120-square-foot leases to a project transforming Worcester’s skyline.
Johnson joined Kelleher & Sadowsky two weeks after graduating from college in 2016. His most prominent deal began with the idea of selling One & Two Chestnut Place, a roughly 220,000-square-foot office complex formerly occupied by Fallon Health. The property was sold to Synergy Investments and is being transformed through the largest office-to-residential conversion in Massachusetts, creating more than 190 housing units.
Johnson has built his business around a willingness to handle transactions of all sizes, including office leases ranging from 120 to 25,000 square feet.
A former golf course caddie and scholarship recipient, Johnson serves on the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund Alumni Committee, helping raise money for Massachusetts golf course workers attending college or trade school.
