Marcus Partners and Howland Development have secured a full-building user for their new, high-bay warehouse under construction in Haverhill, Massachusetts.
Global logistics company Crane Worldwide Logistics signed a lease for the entire 104,375-square-foot building nearing completion at 64 Research Drive as it seeks to expand its shipping and logistics capacity across the New England region.
Located near the interchange of I-495 and Route 97 along the Massachusetts-New Hampshire border, the new building will be equipped with 12 loading docks, 36-foot ceiling height and two drive -in bays and is expected to be completed this summer.
Crane has logistics operations worldwide. Its Boston location offers international air freight and ocean freight import and export services as well as domestic transportation including less than trailer load (LTL) and full trailer load (FTL) shipping.
Richard Ruggiero, Torin Taylor and Edward Jarosz of Newmark represented the development joint venture and Todd Alexander and Andrew Sherman of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented the tenant.
