    Success Story Archive

Every real estate transaction is different. The test of a great brokerage firm is their ability to see inside the many particulars of a given situation and find ways to add value and creative solutions that others might not see. Part of this is our unrivaled local knowledge and nearly four decades of experience. But equally it’s a matter of our commitment to helping clients, because that’s the kind of thing clients tend to remember.

    UMass Medicine Science Park

The UMass Medicine Science Park is one of the nation’s leading centers for biotechnology research and production. For nearly a decade, Kelleher & Sadowsky has served as the leasing agent, with more than 250,000 +- square feet leased to a variety of biomedical and healthcare firms, including AbbVie Bioresearch Center, Inc., Charles River Laboratories, and Mustang Bio.

Senior Housing Properties Trust and The RMR Group

Facing a tight deadline, Kelleher & Sadowsky and the Boston office of Jones Lang LaSalle were tasked with the assignment to sell 12 medical office properties located throughout Central Massachusetts on behalf of Senior Housing Properties Trust (now called Diversified Healthcare Trust), a healthcare real estate investment trust, and its Newton-based commercial real estate management firm, The RMR Group (Nasdaq, RMR).

    Rabina Properties

Rabina Properties, a New York real estate investment firm, owns two adjacent warehouse/distribution properties at 26 and 28 Millbury Street in Auburn, Massachusetts totaling 660,000 square feet. After several years of vacancy, Kelleher & Sadowsky was retained to market these properties, including all aspects of lease negotiations, buyouts and lease extensions.

    Eversource Energy

With headquarters in Boston and Hartford, Fortune 500 company Eversource Energy (NYSE: ES) was searching for a property to operate as both a training facility and fleet maintenance center. The ideal property would be central to the company’s 4 million customers in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire. Facing a low inventory market and a client’s site specific needs, Kelleher & Sadowsky looked beyond the available property offerings to find a solution.
