Wareham’s iconic Lindsey’s Family Restaurant, which permanently closed on November 28, has been formally listed with Worcester-based Kelleher & Sadowsky. Owner Cheri Lindsey told Fun 107’s Michael and Maddie that the restaurant and the four homes also on the property are now active for sale or lease.

McCord has leased 58,965 square feet to Aspen Aerogels, Inc. (NYSE:ASPN) for its Advanced Thermal Barrier Center (ATBC) at 870 Donald Lynch Blvd, a former Sports Authority big box retail store. Representing McCord on the transaction was Phil DeSimone and Andrew Sherman of Kelleher and Sadowsky.
