When the occupancy rate of Wachusett Plaza fell to less than 50% in early 2019, owners Surabian Realty Company hired Kelleher & Sadowsky. After an intensive marketing campaign and sales outreach program, Kelleher & Sadowsky was able to achieve 100% occupancy.
