    Exhibition Hub Worcester, LLC, the producer of the 2-story light-and sound exhibit , Van Gogh – An Immersive Experience, has signed a 22,287 square foot lease. Todd Alexander of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the landlord, Front Street Associates.

    LEASE: 360 Merrimack Street, Lawrence

    Autism Spectrum Therapies, LLC, a provider of applied behavior analysis therapy, has signed a 5,658 square foot office lease with Riverwalk Partners, LLC. Brian Johnson of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the tenant in the transaction.

    Woodmeister Master Builders, LLC, an award-winning custom builder specializing in premium residential construction and architectural millwork, has re-signed a 105,400 square foot industrial space lease with AstroProperties, LLC.

    Hanover Insurance, an insurance carrier providing world-class auto, home and business insurance, has signed a 2,226 square foot office lease with JCM Company. Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the tenant in the transaction.
