ForTec Medical, Inc., a medical supply company, signed a 1.812 square foot office lease at the Midstate Office Park with Paino Associates, LLC. Brian Johnson, Drew Higgins, and Tom Bodden of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.

LEASE: 446 Main Street, Worcester
The Law Office of Joseph Hennessey, a criminal defense, civil rights and personal injury law firm, has signed a 1,416 square foot office lease with Synergy Investments at the Glass Tower at 446 Main Street. SALE: 50 Bearfoot Road, Northborough
A +/- 62,000 square-foot two-story mixed-use flex building situated on +/18.54 acres of land was purchased by Chacharone Properties, LLC from 50 Bearfoot Road, LLC for $8,4 million. Will Kelleher, Paul Matt, and Jay Umphrey of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.

SALE: 3 Eaton Place (City Square), Worcester
One of downtown Worcester’s most prominent properties was purchased by Ohio-based Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP) from Foresight Capital for $4.2 million. Kelleher & Sadowsky represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. The seller was represented by Jim Umphrey, Jay Umphrey, and Chris Naff, while the buyer (ICP) was represented by Will Kelleher, Phil DeSimone, and Jim Umphrey.
