    Alta Health Services, Inc, a medical care and claims assistance company serving injured federal workers, has signed a 2,711 square-foot office lease with Paino Associates, LLC. Brian Johnson and Drew Higgins of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the landlord.

    LEASE: 1 Innovation Drive, Worcester

    Fresenius Medical Care, a German healthcare company providing kidney dialysis services, has signed a 6,045 square-foot office/lab lease with WCS-One Innovation Drive, LLC. Will Kelleher and Jim Umphrey of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the landlord.

    LEASE: 1352 Main Street, Millis

    A two-story 2,100 square-foot office building was purchased by John Prunier from John Orrico for $500,000. Evan Koogler of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the buyer.
