Worcester Business Journal
January 2021

For the second year in a row, Kelleher & Sadowsky was recently selected as a Best in Business winner amongst commercial real estate firms in Central Massachusetts by readers of Worcester Business Journal.

WBJ’s Best of Business Awards celebrate the business-to-business companies in the region that have been recognized by their peers as the “best of the best” in their respective industries.

WBJ: Why do you think WBJ readers selected Kelleher & Sadowsky as the best commercial real estate brokerage in the region?
For as long as we’ve been here — nearly four decades — we’ve recognized and believed in the tremendous potential of Central Massachusetts and Worcester County. Along the way, we’ve helped hundreds of area companies and property owners achieve their real estate objectives.  We’ve done so while building a reputation for many things, including honesty, integrity and unparalleled local knowledge.

WBJ: How did Kelleher & Sadowsky innovate and adapt in 2020, in response to the many challenges presented this past year?
Pre-pandemic, brand name tenants with investment grade credit were already beginning to migrate from Boston and Cambridge.  The healthcare crisis accelerated this trend – especially in biotech and distribution/warehouse sectors. To meet this need, we expanded our footprint into the I-495/MetroWest region by adding two senior commercial real estate advisors, Phil DeSimone and Andrew Sherman.
