A 10-unit multi-family in Millbury, Mass. was sold by LEMA Realty, LLC of Natick, Mass and to Cynthia Gleason of CJG Rentals in Framingham, Mass. for $1.225M. The site of Chuck’s Steakhouse and Margarita Grill Mexican Cantina was sold by restaurant owners Steve Londregan and Thomas Flynn to the Town of Auburn so the site can be used as a fire station for $4.050,000.
