    LEASE: 19 Midstate Drive, Auburn

    Alta Health Services, Inc, a medical care and claims assistance company serving injured federal workers, has signed a 2,711 square-foot office lease with Paino Associates, LLC. Brian Johnson and Drew Higgins of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the landlord.

    LEASE: 1 Innovation Drive, Worcester

    Fresenius Medical Care, a German healthcare company providing kidney dialysis services, has signed a 6,045 square-foot office/lab lease with WCS-One Innovation Drive, LLC. Will Kelleher and Jim Umphrey of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the landlord.

    LEASE: 1352 Main Street, Millis

    A two-story 2,100 square-foot office building was purchased by John Prunier from John Orrico for $500,000. Evan Koogler of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the buyer.

    LEASE: 27 Mechanic Street, Worcester

    Tansley Halloran, LLC., Worcester’s premier women-owned law firm, has signed a 1,949 square-foot office lease with Milliken Towers, LLC. Brian Johnson and Drew Higgins of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the tenant.

    LEASE: 421-427 Main St., Worcester

    Weston & Sampson, an engineering firm specializing in preventative maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems and plants, has signed a 3,995 square-foot lease with J & M Batista Family Limited Partners. Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the tenant.

    LEASE: 210 Lincoln Street, Worcester

    Luk, Inc., a non-profit organization helping youth, adults and families with prevention, intervention, education, and support services, has signed a 3,868 square-foot office lease. Brian Johnson and Paul Matt represented the landlord.

    LEASE: 91 Kuniholm Drive, Holliston

    Carmel Movers, Inc., a moving company with offices in Boston and Framingham, has signed a 16,000 square-foot lease with 21 West Brookline Street, LLC. Evan Koogler of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the landlord.

    SALE: 670 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham

    A two-story 4,608 square-foot medical building was sold by Key Program, Inc. to dentist Dr. Tony Tong for $825,000. Kelleher & Sadowsky represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction. Drew Higgins and Paul Matt represented the seller and Brian Johnson represented the buyer.

    LEASE: 115 Whiting Farms Road, Holyoke

    ISO New England, Inc., an independent, not-for-profit regional power transmission organization, has signed a 29,281 square-foot lease with Bear Properties, Inc. Phil DeSimone of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the tenant.

    LEASE: 2-F Gill Street, Woburn

    Leveragen, Inc., a biotech company specializing in genetic engineering, has signed a 5022 square-foot with Cummings Properties, LLC. Andrew Sherman and Phil DeSimone represented the tenant.

    One Shield, Inc., a technology company specializing in providing innovative software solutions for the insurance industry, has signed a 15,786 square-foot office lease with Forrest Street Owner, LLC. Andrew Sherman, Phil DeSimone and Ross Miner represented the landlord.

    LEASE: 50 Howe Avenue, Building A, Millbury

    Atlas Event Group, Inc., a full-service tent rental company, has signed a 15,080 square-foot lease. Kelleher & Sadowsky represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction. Brian Johnson and Paul Matt represented the landlord and Tom Bodden represented the tenant.

    SALE: 9 Harback Road, Sutton

    A 7500-square-foot warehouse including +/- 1.75 acres was sold by New Covenant Partners IV, LLC of Auburn, MA to Dileo Properties, LLC of Worcester, Mass for $825,000. Chris Naff and Evan Koogler of Kelleher Sadowsky Associates represented the seller in the transaction. There was no buyer representation.

    SALE: 141-149 Park Hill, Millbury

    A 10-unit multi-family in Millbury, Mass. was sold by LEMA Realty, LLC of Natick, Mass and to Cynthia Gleason of CJG Rentals in Framingham, Mass. for $1.225M. Chris Naff & Paul Matt of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates brokered the deal. Chris Naff represented the seller and Paul Matt represented the buyer.

    LEASE: The REV: 1 Green Island Boulevard, Worcester

    Unibank, the Whitinsville-based financial institution with 13 branches across Central Massachusetts, has signed a lease with Madison Properties at The Revington (The REV), the high-profile 228-unit mixed use-apartment building located directly across the street from Polar Park baseball stadium. Todd S. Alexander and David V. Cohen of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented Madison Properties, the landlord of The REV.

    SALE: 10 Prospect Street, Auburn

    The site of Chuck’s Steakhouse and Margarita Grill Mexican Cantina was sold by restaurant owners Steve Londregan and Thomas Flynn to the Town of Auburn so the site can be used as a fire station for $4.050,000. Will Kelleher and Madison O’Brien of Kelleher Sadowsky Associates represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.

    LEASE: 640 Lincoln Street, Worcester

    Uncaged Fitness, a fitness training center operated by Cody and Brielle Savoy, has signed an 18,871 square-foot lease with Boston-based GFI Partners. Drew Higgins and Thomas Bodden of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates completed the transaction on behalf of the landlord.

    LEASE: 145 Front Street at City Square, Worcester

    Chuck & Crispy Chicken, operated by Lin and Danny Li, has signed a lease with Veris Residential to take over the former location of Protein House. In the transaction, Todd Alexander and Tom Bodden of Kelleher & Sadowsky represented the lessee, Chuck & Crispy Chicken.
