Rejecting the notion that Worcester is a steppingstone to working in bigger markets, Cozza has contributed to the growth of his birthplace through his involvement in $125-million worth of property sales and $150-million worth of leases.
Since his joining the firm, Kelleher & Sadowsky has grown from nine to 23 employees as the firm’s business interests have expanded well past the borders of Worcester. His contributions to the real estate scene have attracted attention from beyond the region, as he was named a CoStar Power Broker Award recipient in 2017 and 2018 and has had numerous newsworthy deals since then. He’s been a part of win CoStar’s Top 10 Quarterly Deal Awards.
When not serving as a resource of information for the business community, Cozza gives back through coaching youth sports and serving as a board member of the Worcester Young Businessmen’s Association.
