Evan represents both tenants and landlords throughout New England, focusing primarily on the office, industrial and flex asset types. Evan has collaborated with companies and clients of all sizes and life stages, from early-stage startups to established institutional investors. A resident of Marlborough, Evan worked previously with NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs in Worcester and Lee & Associates in Boston.
