Auburn Solar Company Moving To Worcester
Bright Planet Solar of Auburn is moving its New England regional warehouse and sales office to a 28,655 square-foot industrial building at 1451 Grafton Street in Worcester. Kelleher & Sadowsky’s Brian Johnson represented the landlord Cedar Realty Group and Paul Matt and Chris Naff represented Bright Planet Solar.

Lundgren Buys Up More of Southbridge Innovation Center With $6M Acquisitions
Lundgren bought the 39,000-square-foot facility at 10 Cabot St. for $2.1 million and the 34,000-square-foot 80 Optical Drive for $3.8 million in a deal that closed on May 27, according to Worcester real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates, whose Chris Naff and Jim Umphrey brokered the deal.

Southbridge Innovation Center Power Plant Sells For $5.5M
The power plant of the Southbridge Innovation Center at 60 Optical Dr. sold for $5.5 million after six months on the market. The 35,247-square-foot, two-story concrete building, built in 1910 as part of the original American Optical complex, sits on the 150-acre campus of the Southbridge Innovation Center, a 1.2 million square foot, 14 building multi-tenanted business park.
