The former Providence and Worcester Railroad headquarters at 75 Hammond St. in Worcester has been sold by the railroad for $1.85 million. The buyer was 75 Hammond Street LLC of Woburn, registered to Gilvan Miranda, owner and operator of MQM Cleaning and Facility Services.

Brian Johnson, Drew Higgins and Jim Umphrey of Kelleher & Sadowsky facilitated a sale-leaseback of 15 Coppage Drive in Worcester for $9.3 million. The 86,856 SF manufacturing facility was sold by Coppage Holdings, Inc to an entity registered by Steven Goodman of GFI Partners.
