    Timberline Construction Corporation of Canton, Mass. opened its second office location in Worcester at 1 Mercantile Streets to better service its clients in central and western Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. Timberline worked with Kelleher Sadowsky to solidify the new location.

    The lease by Route 12 Pickle for the 30,000-square-foot anchor space makes Wachusett Plaza 100% leased, according to Kelleher & Sadowsky V.P. Thomas Bodden, the result of a four-year push to fill the plaza which was decimated by a loss of tenants in 2019.

    Sustainable Comfort, a Worcester-based real estate and development firm, purchased a seven-unit multifamily building at 3 Irving St. in Worcester for $1,060,000. The seller was Vista Estates, LLC of Worcester and represented by Kelleher & Sadowski broker Madison O’Brien and principal Will Kelleher.
