    Worcester commercial real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates hired a new vice president, Dan May, who previously served as a senior transaction manager in Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston office.

    Greater Worcester Community Foundation to Move Into One Mercantile

    The Greater Worcester Community Foundation will leave its office at 370 Main St. in Worcester for a new space at One Mercantile, Suite 010 – the formerly named Unum Building. The new office is 4,500 square feet and should be open on Sept. 1, said James Cozza, Senior VP at Kelleher & Sadowsky.

    The lease by Route 12 Pickle for the 30,000-square-foot anchor space makes Wachusett Plaza 100% leased, according to Kelleher & Sadowsky V.P. Thomas Bodden, the result of a four-year push to fill the plaza which was decimated by a loss of tenants in 2019.
