Greater Worcester Community Foundation to Move Into One Mercantile

The Greater Worcester Community Foundation will leave its office at 370 Main St. in Worcester for a new space at One Mercantile, Suite 010 – the formerly named Unum Building. The new office is 4,500 square feet and should be open on Sept. 1, said James Cozza, Senior VP at Kelleher & Sadowsky.

Tech Firm Moves Global Headquarter To Worcester From Boston

Technology firm Xceedance has opened its new global headquarters at 1 Mercantile St. in Worcester, the former Unum building. In the lease agreement, Kelleher & Sadowsky’s Jim Cozza, Will Kelleher and Philip DeSimone represented Franklin Realty as lessor; Avison Yong of Boston represented Xceedance as lessor.
