    Dan brings more than a decade of real estate experience providing transaction management services to tenants and landlords. Prior to joining Kelleher & Sadowsky, he worked as a Senior Transaction Manager at Cushman & Wakefield in Boston where he represented Fidelity Investments and EV startup Rivian. He toured 44 different markets across 21 US states where negotiated more than 100 retail and office lease transactions. Deal types included new markets, relocations, expansions, renovation/extensions, and renewals.

    Before Cushman & Wakefield, Dan worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Boston where he gained exposure to facilities management, lease administration and portfolio analysis.

    At Kelleher & Sadowsky, Dan provides retail and office real estate brokerage services to both tenants and landlords throughout Central Massachusetts and the MetroWest and South Shore regions.
